The Personal Gym® comes with
a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied (excluding shipping and handling)
and a one-year guarantee from any
manufacturing defects. Contact For

WARRANTY
For You, Inc. warrants the Personal Gym® (the 'Gym')
to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of one year from date of purchase. If the Gym should fail or malfunction, it must be returned to the
manufacturer for evaluation. If the Gym is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced
at no charge. However, this WARRANTY is VOID if the Gym shows evidence of being
damaged as a result of abuse or neglect, misapplication, misuse or other conditions
outside of For You Inc.’s control. Components that wear or that are damaged by
misuse are not warranted. Contact For You, Inc., at 1-800-860-1181 to receive
returning instructions. Do not attempt to repair the Gym or Gym components on your
own.
For You, Inc. is glad to offer suggestions on the use of the Gym.
Nevertheless, For You, Inc. warrants only that the Gym and its components
(except for the Dura-Band Exercise Bands, which are not warranted,) will be as
specified and free of defects. FOR YOU, INC., MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR
REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THAT OF
TITLE AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The
remedies of purchaser set forth herein are exclusive, and the total liability
of For You, Inc., with respect to this order, whether based on contract,
warranty, negligence, indemnification, strict liability or otherwise,
shall not exceed the purchase price of the Gym or the component upon which
liability is claimed. In no event shall For You, Inc. be liable for consequential,
incidental or special damages.
